Black and White Pub of the Year 2002
Andy's Bar Wins County Title for 20th Time.

Andy's Bar and Restaurant, situated in Market Street, Monaghan was chosen as the best pub in Co. Monaghan from a large number of entries in the Black and White Pub of the Year Awards, writes Martin Smyth.

To-date Andy's have scooped the county award twenty times and the Ulster award nine times. The Black and White Pub of the Year Awards is now in its 26th Year.

The 2002 Award was presented to Andy's based on high standards of hygiene, staff efficiency and friendliness, inviting appearance and a well served range of drinks.
